In 1952, Dr Emmanuel P. Andrianakis, Lawyer, specialized in Labor Law, founder and president of the Hellenic Society of Victimology until his death, founded the law office.
For several decades the law office has been mainly focused on labor issues related to both the Collective and Individual Labor Law. Emmanuel Andrianakis has acted as a counsel of several food supply and other employee unions of the private and broader public sector (i.e the Piraeus Port Authority SA, Hellenic Halyvourgia, military cars drivers, Civil Aviation, MOMA, Metal Fund, IKAROS etc).
Since 1988 the law office has extended its activities in additional legal sectors by also handling cases of Civil, Criminal and Administrative law. From that period, Elli, the daughter of Emmanuel Andrianakis, joined the firm.
In 1991, Anastasios Georgiou Passas, joined the firm.
In 1993, Theodoros Georgiou Passas, joined the firm.
The law firm employs lawyers and clerical staff, is responsible for a wide range of cases related to both the public and private law and provides a full range of computer support and secretarial services. Additionally, it cooperates with external lawyers and process servers.
